Miow44 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the miow44 platform, including the website, mobile application, and all services provided by miow44 ("Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and miow44 as the platform operator.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, or using any miow44 service, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Miow44 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms from time to time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Use of the miow44 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. By registering or using this Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current residential address (recent utility bill or bank statement).
• Additional documents as required for compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account username and password. miow44 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Please contact the miow44 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Miow44 supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for Malaysia users, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and crypto transfers. All transactions are processed through secure channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Policy:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set for each payment method and may change from time to time.
• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. If there is a delay, please contact customer support with proof of the transaction.

Withdrawal Policy:

Miow44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions displayed alongside each respective promotion. The general conditions applicable to all miow44 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before the associated wins can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all members, the following are strictly prohibited on the miow44 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to influence or automate gameplay.
• Collusion or alliances between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Using non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in wagering.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour directed at other members or miow44 staff.
• Any attempt to access or interfere with miow44's systems and technical infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all account balances and pending wins, and, where necessary, legal action against the responsible party.

Miow44 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. All data you provide to us is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using the miow44 Platform, you agree that miow44 may:

• Collecting and processing your personal information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Sharing your information with relevant authorities when required by law or for criminal investigation purposes.
• Using your aggregated and anonymised usage data for platform analytics and improvement purposes.

Either you or miow44 may terminate an account at any time. The termination procedures and implications are as follows:

Termination by Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the miow44 support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be completed, or you may choose to forfeit those bonuses. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.

Termination by miow44: miow44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to have violated any section of these Terms.
• There is fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious activity associated with your account.
• You provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• You have applied for self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming programme.

The miow44 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". miow44 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, miow44 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the Platform.

• Betting or game outcomes affected by failure or instability of the user's internet connection.

Under no circumstances shall miow44's maximum liability to you exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Miow44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform, and we will endeavour to notify members via email or in-Platform notifications when material changes occur.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments are published constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the miow44 Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration.
